Requires an Experienced software Architect Developer
Qualifications:
Education:
1.B.E./MCA or equivalent OR
2.If you believe you are competent,you can have no educational qualification at all !
Competence:
1.Deep knowledge of C++ / Java Technologies
2.Good knowledge of Java in Enterprise and Web Applications
3.Ability to assimilate any toolkit in C++/Java and make use of it.
4.Ability to use JNI to interface natively with Linux and Windows OSes
5.Good understanding of Mysql / Postgresql / Sqlite Database engines(Any one at least) and the ability to design applications with any of them
6.Familiarity with Linux as Development and workstation platform
Qualities :
1.Leadership through Team-workmanship
2.Keep to deadlines
3.Articulation,good communication
4.Logical,conceptual approach to learning
5.Open to learning any technology required for the job.
Experience:
3-4 years out of which at least 6 months in the above role
Job Profile :
1.Design of Applications
2.Laying down parameters of Testing of Applications
3.Learn and guide the team in new Technology
4.Coding
