The Ideal Candidate:
5+ to 7 years of experience
Minimum Education - Bachelor's Degree

Education Requirements:
Must have degree from a top school and 4+ years of experience. Non-degreed candidate considered but must have 7+ years of experience, 2+ of which that have been spent with blue chip companies.
