WEBSPHERE DEVELOPER
The WebSphere Application Developer will design solutions and applications which may run on multiple platforms and may be composed of multiple software packages, within web services, SOA, EAI or ESB layers. This candidate will deliver technical solutions that meet the business needs of Prolifics clients. Experience in J2EE WebSphere Application Development is preferred. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of J2EE Application Development. A Consulting profile or background is preferred but not required. This position may require 100% Travel.
The WebSphere Application Developer should have 3-5 years of WebSphere Application Server development experience in services oriented (SOA) or Web Services development using Java, J2EE, EJB, & XML skills as well. Experience developing code, documentation, & unit test plans; execution of best practice SDLC testing methodology; code change control and deployment. Experience with WSAD & WebSphere products is desired.
Required Skills:
IBM WebSphere Tools - WSAD 5.1, 6.1- Required 2-4 Years
Java, J2EE, JSP - Required 2-5 Years
Internet/Intranet, HTML, DHTML, XML- Required 2- 5 Years
