- Should be able to handle a Team
- Should be able to understand complex proprietary architecture. Ability to build Client/Server applications based on Swing and web-based applications. Strong understanding of Object Oriented Analysis and Design.
- Architecture design and the design of Java, J2EE Ensure the documentation of the project architecture
- Responsibility for the project architecture consistency and development
- Analysis and the time estimations of the business and technological requirements
- Lead the team of developers
