Indus calling Tech Lead’s
Requirement:
Reqd Skills:
· Java,J2EE (Ejb jsp, servlets) XML, Swings,RMI
· Databases:Weblogic/JBOSS, SQL Server,tomcat
· Experience in SDLC, project management methodology, test methodology, etc.
· Experience in Product Development preferred
· Exp/knowledge in Healthcare domain.
Reqd Exp: 5-6 Yrs of Experience in Java.
Reqd Qual: BE/B Tech/ME/M Tech/MCA/MBA/Msc – Computers.
Responsibilities:
· Deliver on components/module on schedule
· Plan and execute the requirement both coming from UST and regular planning activity.
· Mentor and develop the team members to reach the goals of the organization.
· Implement good analytical, development, and documentation methodologies for the module.
· Handle the entire team/process assigned to him in all levels
· Assist in implementing solutions that integrate the Medplexus systems with third-party utilities and applications.
· Perform technology/tools evaluation and software technical proof of concepts.
· Design and develop optimized and reliable code as per the specifications.
· Coordinate and communicate effectively with engineers and QA.
