We have immediate requirements for Weblogic Portal Developers
Skills Required:
Responsibilities:
HANDS ON Senior Developer whose main objective will be to develop and deploy a mission-critical portal. The candidate must have a strong J2EE foundation with demonstrated experience in BEA portal development and should have at least 2 years experience using BEA Weblogic . Strong teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills are required.

*Bachelor's degree with 6 or more years experience related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
*Senior Level of IT experience as a Engineer, developer, Architect
*OOA/D (Unix, OOA/D shell)
*Bea Weblogic v9.2
*Experience using BEA Weblogic Portal / Workshop 9.2
*WLP design and development.
*Portal Look and Feel (Skins and Skeleton ) a plus.
*WSRP a plus.
*Experience using J2EE-based development (Applets, JSPs, Servlets, JDBC, JNDI, JMS, EJBs, JavaBeans)
*Hands on JSP, JPF, Controls, Portal Framework (skins, skeletons, layouts, shells, themes, personalization, internationalization, etc.)
*Thorough understanding of clustered environment.
*Weblogic Portal administration, Experience Migrating, Deploying, Performance Tuning, Load Balancing, Tuning Heap Size, Execute Threads, CPU Utilization, Connection Pool, JMS Configuration and cluster configuration.
*The developer will be working with a lead portal architect to design and build a customer facing portal.
Technologies used are: UUP, WSRP, content management, UI (LAF) skills.
