Primary ( Essential ) Technical Skills
Experience in Core Java, J2EE, EJB, Servlets, JSP
Experience in any RDMS (SQL server/Oracle/DB2) is essential
Application Server(Websphere, Weblogic)
Secondary ( Desirable ) Technical Skills
Candidate would be individually responsible / lead the team for verifying process compliance and assessing quality of software and other work products for multiple software development projects for various business units. He would be involved in the entire cycle of the projects through reviews of Engineering deliverables (FS/DS/User Manuals), Management deliverables (Plans, estimates) and Software related deliverables (Code, test plans), Marketing Deliverables(Proposals, RFPs), Software Testing and Verification of Process aspects (Tailoring, Audits)
Other Requirements (Non essential)
Excellent understanding of SDLC, architectures, Case Tools
Excellent communication skills, experience interfacing the customer
Exp developing/implementing projects in BFSI
