Solution Development and Delivery
* Understands technical and functional design requirements.
* Designs aesthetically pleasing technical solutions.
Project Execution
* Understands the necessity of and contributes to coding
standards.
* Prioritizes multiple tasks effectively.
CAREER PATH CORE COMPETENCIES
Relational Databases
* Understands advanced relational database concepts.
* Experienced with ORM especially Hibernate.
* Possesses demonstrated work experience with at least one
relational database management system, such as PostgresQL
Programming Languages
* Demonstrates proficiency in the Java programming language
* Demonstrates good graphic design skills and effectively uses CSS
stylesheets and dynamic HTML (JavaScript)
* Experienced with AJAX client, Java server development.
Architecture
* Understands client server and internet systems architectures.

* Experienced with SpringFramework IoC, and utilities.
* Experienced with Tomcat servlet container.
