The Role Due to their unprecedented growth they have a current need for Senior Support Engineers to focus 60% of time on customer issues; 40% on mentoring team. You will be providing exceptional technical support to customers via email, live chat and phone. This role requires the ability to identify root cause for reported customer issues with the company products, and provide appropriate solutions to minimize customer down time and customer business impact. This role is a key support service delivery point and technical lead for implementation and ongoing successful deployment of company products. The Person You are degree qualified: (Computer Science Degree or Business IT Degree). You are a self-starter with great communication skills and experience in supporting software applications with three or more years experience in a Java programming role. Key Skills  In-depth Operating Systems knowledge  Java/J2EE Programming experience  Java Web Application Server knowledge (Tomcat, Resin, JBoss, Websphere)  Experience with one or more Application Servers  XML API knowledge  Database and SQL experience  Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Demonstrated ability to gather relevant information and diagnose issues effectively and efficiently  Proven ability to solve problems and learn new technologies   Please describe the job you are offering.
